R2 Day 13

I've lost 5 lbs so far this time. Seems like the same schedule as Round 1 where I averaged 1/2 per day. I wish I didn't know that some people lose a lb a day because I can't and I wish I could. But I'm commited to going through the 23 injections regardless. I have a much better appreciation for what a nutritional serving of protein is ~3.5 oz. Prior to the diet 8 to 12 oz seemed normal.
