Starting again & Reflecting on Last Time

When we did Round 1 in April:
We injected ourselves in the morning. On day one & two we eat out or in, indulged ourselves on buffets and fatty foods until we could eat no more. Day three, we started the 500 calorie/day regime.

We bought Boneless Skinless Chicken, Halibut, Shrimp (tailless), 4% fat Moran's 2' package, Sirloin Steak, Scallops. These we weighed into individual 3 ½ oz packages and labeled and froze them. We froze enough for several weeks.

We purchased plenty of apples and strawberries each week and some oranges and grapefruit.

We bought packaged spinach, romaine & iceberg lettuce, celery, radishes, cucumbers and some tomatoes, asparagus and cabbage.

The egg whites Ron used when he went golfing.

We purchased Raw Apple Cider Vinegar and Red Wine Vinegar and Lemon Juice.

If we had trouble with bowel movements, we used 2 ounces of Aloe Vera Juice (George's) each evening. It tastes like excellent water!

For Breakfast, I had 2 cups of coffee, mainly black and our Green drink - Nano Greens. I took my calcium/magnesium pills and my blood pressure pills. Sometimes I had a half a grsapefruit. Ron didn't eat breakfast.

For lunch and dinner, we had the 3.5 oz protein and some vegetables or a salad. For dessert or an after meal snack, we had an apple or 7-8 strawberries.

Ron cooked the protein in a fry pan using water and lots of onion or garlic. We used brown onions but probably should not have.

Much of the time our salads were spinach & strawberries or lettuce and tomatoes. We measured out the spinach or lettuce but you can eat huge amounts without going over the 500 calories per day. But we used the strawberries & tomatoes in moderation.

The cucumber was peeled & sliced and soaked in apple cider vinegar.
Cabbage was cooked and eaten hot or cold with lemon or lime juice. Cold Cabbage was shredded and eaten with apple cider vinegar.

We were not hungry during this period.

After our last injection, we had a 500 cal/day that day and the following two days.
