Round 2 Injection 7 Very Low Cal Diet Day 5

I started Round 2 on July 5th. Today is my 7th Injection. I have been on the VLCD (Very Low Cal Diet) for 5 Days. Before I started this round, I weighed 183.5. In the pre gorge (2 days) I went up to 189. Yesterday weighed 183, today, July 11th it's 181.5. I'm feeling a liitle weaker this time around. Maybe because of the heat. I try to work out but I think during this round I need to ease off.
