Still holding while my wife Arlene has a few more days on P3. She will start P4 Thursday. Meanwhile I had popcorn for the 1st time since mid April. Today is Father's Day & we've going to my daughter Cindi's for a 6 pm BBQ. I might splurge and find a Dairy Queen for a blizzard. I need to continue watching my portions and my snacking. I've been really cautious about carbs. I rarely have bread but I've started having cereal several mornings a week. I will have a steak day & an apple if I goof up today. My oldest son Steve checked the site last nite and was impresse with my recent pictures.
