Starting to eat carbs
Now after 3 weeks of adding more & fats, I've kept at 176. The first round I lost 13 lbs in 23 days, this time I've lost only 7 in 23 days. I've used a steak day twice to counter 2 lb weigh gains. It worked each time. I am adding some more carbs now and watching that I don't gain more than 2 lbs without correcting it. I have just a bit more energy than during the last 6 weeks (3 weeks+ with injections & 500 cal.day. Then 3 weeks adding fats & more protein.) I ready was tired and weak during the protocol. Alot more than the first time.

yea this diet can have its ups and downs, ive noticed large weight gains and drops and sometimes nothing at all at times, hows about an update on progress mate.
Last picture was posted in July and those stats are looking good!
