P4 Week One
I now can start reintroducing starches & sugars. Nuts, salted nuts are my downfall though. We took an overnight trip & I bought a big jar of nuts. I eat & eat & eat nuts. Upon return, I gained weight. Tomorrow will be a steak day. Today Sunday, I'm just more careful. With nuts, it's just so hard to stop especially when I buy a large quantity. Then I finally picked up the Girl Scout cookies from my grandchildren's house. I've put them out of sight but one box is opened. It's such a test to control my snacking again. That's the challenge for me.
