P3 continues
P3 continues. I'm half way through. I confused as to the max amount of carbs I'm allowed. Is it 50, 25, zero? When I gained back 3 lbs, the steak day (a 12 oz steak, then an apple) reversed it. I though I gained it back this past weekend again but I'm okay today. This is harder than I thought. I am motivated though to continue & again thank drugdelivery.ca for this opportunity.

Hi Ron,
Check the starch content in what you are eating (I have lots of P3 advice in that section of the book). Some nuts do have starch. It really isn't carbs that you have to avoid; it is starch and sugar. So, read the Phase 3 section of my book for more help and email if it isn't clear. Great job on the steak day!!!
