Hi. My name is Ron. I'm 72 which in my family is 'middle age.' My Dad lived to 92 and my Mom will be 93 in June. As a kid, I was as "skinny as a rail." I took products to try to gain weight. In my 30's as a CPA, I worked in an office and began gaining weight. Over thirty years my weight yo-yoed. I'm an active person and work out on my universal gym several times a week as well as split wood for our wood stove. When possible, I like to golf. 3 years ago my wife was in a terrible car accident and broke her neck leaving her a quadriplegic. Between the stress and the new physical demands of transferring her, I gained a lot of weight. I have been able to lose much of it but need to lose more. My doctor and chiropractor recommend that I lose the rest and stretch daily. My wife's physical therapist went on the HCG diet. He lost the undesirable weight around his mid section. I was so impressed that I'm ready to take the HCG challenge and do the same. I'm planning on living until I'm 100. So it's important I become as fit as possible.
