Mixed a new vial
Getting distracted. Couldn't find my vial Of HCG. Mixed a new one. Didn't break the ampule correctly, got small pieces of glass over the table but got it mixed. Then of course I found the old HCG. It had been a room temperature for 9 hours so I had to throw it away. :( Good news I am below my starting weight and doing ok with the meals. It's working and I'm going to make it work.

The HCG doesn't really go bad after sitting out for a few hours. It can probably be OK if left out for a full day. Even if it did "go bad", only its potency would be lost. It wouldn't become toxic or anything harmful.
